![]() ![]() Make her realize that Jin is her first degree cousin. Make it a reason that she never knew Jin existed was because of how Jun disappeared into the woods to raise her son alone. Kazama is actually Jun's brother or something - that she's the splitting image of her deceased aunt. Like how? I think Tekken 5 could have actually done this by stating that Mr. I guess Heihachi's "good guy facade" was more effective than Kazuya's "be evil and be straight with it" approach with running the Zaibatsu. Why she didn't know Heihachi was a villain was something. She soon sensed the strong presence of Ogre and told Jin to seek out Heihachi should something happen to her. One of them should explore how she raised her only (and illegitimate) child Jin though why she never knew how evil Heihachi was something. Her importance lives beyond the video games for this reason - she's also the mother of Jin Kazama! The time jump between Tekken 2 and 3 gave a lot of events that I believe should have been put into comic form. She was trying to save Kazuya but failed. However, Harada seems to affirm that Jun wasn't raped and that she had a rapport with Kazuya somewhere in time. Yet, I'd like to believe that Kazuya actually violated or raped her though that plot was only from the lame Tekken movie that deserves Katsuhiro Harada's bashing. She ran into Kazuya and how they produced Kazuya is unknown. At the same time, she was actually trying to save him from the Devil within - something that wasn't revealed to be from the Hachijo clan in Tekken 7. It was Jun who actually joined the tournament with the pure motive of arresting Kazuya. If there's any real "main protagonist" of Tekken 2 - it's Jun! Okay, it was Heihachi who won but he only entered the tournament to defeat Kazuya out of their crazy family blood feud. ![]() ![]() Jun is no different yet has Namco really considered her importance? Games highlighted in blue are no longer supported. Now, I'd like to really raise up just how important is Jun in Tekken? If you remember Tekken 2's roster and who were killed or no longer appeared before Tekken 3 arrived - you have King I (who was replaced by King II), Kuma I died of old age, Michelle Chang and well even Yoshimitsu's rival Kunimitsu just disappeared without a trace within canon. ^24 Only in story mode in console version.īryan Fury, Jin Kazama, Ling Xiaoyu, Paul Phoenix, King II, Mokujin and Nina Williams are the only characters to have appeared in all five major spin-off games. ^21 Only playable in story mode for a short time in console version. ^20 Only Pre-Order/DLC in console version. ^19 Only in Tekken 7: FR (arcade and console)/Round 2. ^18 Unplayable boss (release date (arcade)) / playable update character (later (arcade)). ^17 Update version only (arcade version). ^15 The characters are only enemies in a certain mode. ^14 Characters appearing in cinematics, or intros, or a trailer, or in the background one a stage, or in a picture. ^1 Update version only (console version). Jack also have appeared in six main installments with 6 different installments (Jack, Jack-2, Gun Jack, Jack-5, Jack-6 and Jack-7), with Tekken 4 being the only game a Jack cyborg was absent from (although a Jack-4 was created, this version was mass-produced instead of only one produced like the other Jack cyborgs). Although Heihachi and Kuma are playable in all home versions of Tekken, they are both unplayable in the arcade version of the first Tekken and only appear as opponents.įive characters: Anna Williams, Kazuya Mishima, Lee Chaolan, Lei Wulong and Marshall Law would come close, having appeared in six installments (though Kazuya and Law made cameo appearances in the third game). While Kuma and King also appear in all the games, more than one entity has assumed the identity, as starting with Tekken 3 their successors would replace the originals. Only four characters have appeared as playable characters in all seven main Tekken installments to date: Heihachi Mishima, Nina Williams, Paul Phoenix, and Yoshimitsu. In the story mode of the game, each character generally has their own personal reasons for entering the tournament and competing for the prize. A few characters have supernatural origin, such as Devil and Ogre, while animal characters like Kuma the bear and Roger the kangaroo provide comic relief.
